Detailed Description Magnetic Badge Contract

This bid is for the supply of magnetic badges to be ordered as needed. Specifications for badges to be included.

University is seeking an annual contract for Name Badges. University’s intent is to increase efficiency, reduce the complexity and cost of the procurement of Name Badges, decrease turnaround time, and to develop and implement a system that facilitates and assures a smooth process for all functions relative to the procurement of these badges

Name badges must be engraved into 1/16” thick plastic with a white face at a size of 3 x 2 with rounded corners with a magnetic backing. Black is the color of the engraved areas. Engraving stock surface finish is matte. Name and title information must be engraved below one of two official University wordmarks. The successful offeror will be expected to provide a choice of up to 120 official University wordmarks imprinted above the person’s personal information.
