Detailed Description Supply and implementation of RFID equipment for the network of the Municipal Library of Lille, Lomme and Hellemmes

This consultation includes: • The supply of all software and licenses required for the operation of the RFID system and its interface with the ILS for the entire BML library network • RFID equipment (hardware and consumables) and associated consultancy services • Training services for BML staff • Installation, specification, configuration and deployment services • Project management and acceptance services • Software and hardware warranty • Hardware maintenance beyond the warranty period if it does not reach the duration of the contract (four years) For information purposes, candidates must also provide maintenance costs in the BPU, even if the equipment supplied is covered by the warranty for the entire duration of the contract.
