Detailed Description	BMV 5745 Application Information for Ohio Driver License or ID Card 30003 Invitation to Bid (ITB) for theApplication Information for Driver License or ID Card. The purpose of this contract is to obtain a contractor to provide printed application materials for use by the Department of Public Safety. The contractor will provide 900,000 copies of the Application Information for Driver License or ID Card, packaged in quantities of 100 per package. The specifications include: - Size: 8.5" x 11" - Stock: 70# white uncoated offset (Laser Compatible) - Printing: Side one prints black ink only with screen; side two prints black and process blue ink with screen, no bleeds. - Packaging: Shrinkwrapped in packages of 100 with chipboard backing. - Delivery must be made to the ODPS Alum Creek Facility in Columbus, OH by June 6, 2025. - A PDF will be provided to the selected vendor for proofing purposes.
