Detailed Description	Replacement of ticket machines The Basler Verkehrs-Betriebe (BVB), together with other transport companies, operate stationary ticket machines in the Swiss cantons of Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft, Solothurn, Aargau and in neighboring countries. The devices have reached the end of their mechanical and technical life and are to be replaced by a new generation of devices in 2027. Currently, devices of the type "AFA 490" from ATRON Systems AG are in use. The individual devices are owned by various transport companies. All devices in use are connected to the same backend, which is operated in a joint operation of the various transport organizations together with ATRON. A comparable constellation, as well as comparable acquisition and operation, is planned for the future. This means that the devices to be procured through this tender, which will all be of the same type and model, will be purchased by different organizations from the successful tenderer at their own expense and will remain the property of the respective purchaser;
