Detailed Description	Merchant Payment Services To procure Merchant Payment services (Merchant Services), for the processing of customer card payments within both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. The contract awarded will be provided for an initial period of three years, with two optional extensions for periods of up to twelve months each, to be exercised at Energia Group's discretion. The maximum total duration of the service provision is five years.
