Detailed Description	Supply, maintenance and support of library automation solutions: self-service RFID and unmanned opening This assignment includes: - The supply of hardware for self-service lending/returning, RFID and electronic payment with associated software, training, support and maintenance. - The supply of hardware for equipping the public areas and back office of the library, if necessary also with associated software, training, support and maintenance. - Solution for the unmanned opening of library branches (without staff present): supply of hardware with associated software, training, support and maintenance. - Supply of security gates tailored to the RFID equipment of the library, with associated support and maintenance. - Solution for registering and reporting on visitor numbers: supply of hardware with associated software, training, support and maintenance. The contractor is also responsible for the installation and implementation of all hardware and software.
