Detailed Description Provision of ultra-high frequency (UHF) Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) equipment to the UPU over a period of one year

The RFID equipment shall be used by designated operators in the management of their day-to-day operational processes, and will serve to identify, track and monitor postal items in real time at operational facilities where postal traffic is received and processed.

Bidders will be expected to propose the most cost-effective and innovative RFID equipment capable of meeting the UPU’s requirements, either directly or through the use of a third-party solution. Bidders’ tenders must comprise the supply of the equipment, warranty and written guidance, including, where necessary, any tech-nical training for the proper installation, configuration and maintenance of the hardware.....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
