Detailed Description	Smart cards – Modernization and maintenance of the SG teleinformatic platform – purchase of PKI cards 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of: a) as part of the basic order – 5,000 pcs. of contact microprocessor cards with middleware − intended for the implementation of non-qualified electronic signatures and strong user authentication functions, b) as part of the order covered by the option right − a maximum of 5,000 pcs. of the above-mentioned cards. 2. The offered PKI cards must be brand new (never used before) and must come from a legal and authorized sales channel. 3. As part of the agreed remuneration, the Contractor will provide a guarantee for the delivered cards for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the Delivery Acceptance Protocol. 4. The Contractor selected during the public procurement procedure is obliged to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
