Detailed Description Library Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) System The City of Arcadia Department of Library & Museum Services seeks proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide and install Radio Frequency Identification System (RFID) – based hardware, software and self-service systems in the Arcadia Public Library; to integrate such systems with the Library’s existing Koha library automation system and payment services infrastructure; and to provide training and support both for collection conversion to RFID and RFID operations afterwards.

The City wishes vendor to supply, install, integrate, and support the following system components:
• One (1) RFID security gate (provide price for dual aisle or 63 inch-wide single aisle options)
• Thirteen (13) RFID pads for staff workstations
• Five (5) standalone self-check-in/checkout stations with integrated fine and fee payment capability by credit/debit card 3
