Detailed Description	Tenders are invited for Driver License and Identification Card Solution Description: In support of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles’ Vision Statement to shatter perceptions of DMV by providing simplified, effective, and responsive services, this Request for Proposals (RFP) is being released to permit the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV, or the Department) to award a contract for the production of secure New York State Identity Documents from a qualified contractor. The Contractor’s document production services will include all required hardware, software, design, development, customization, installation, training, production, personnel, supplies and maintenance incident to production, as further described herein.
