The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is requesting proposals from qualified Bidders for new Physical Access Control System Equipment & Services (PACS) hardware, software, installation services and training. It is our intent to receive proposals demonstrating the capability to provide the quality of equipment and services required to meet the needs and objectives of the University. The equipment & services offered must have the ability to integrate with RS2 Technologies (AccessIt! Universal.NET) administered by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police Department.
