Detailed Description Contract notice: Üstra rfid tracking system for light rail vehicles
In the course of the Renewal of Traffic Technology project, the ÜSTRA has taken measures to significantly increase and achieve the goals of quality and the range of passenger information. Among other things, a broadband redundant "dedicated line" is being created to each vehicle in order to replace the analog radio data transmission. The old on-board computers are also being replaced by new, modern on-board computers. Proprietary interfaces are replaced by standardized interfaces whenever possible. Furthermore, the existing systems such as Tim-A, node computers and coupling coils are to be abolished and replaced by the existing software ivu.realtime in connection with RFID location technology. The displays and announcements at stops should only be controlled via the vehicle (ivu.cockpit), control center ivu.fleet, passenger information server (ivu.realtime) stop (indicator / announcement). The location or location information should always flow in the direction of the vehicle. All coupling coils, override contact switches and magnetic beacons (which only have a fixed function) are to be replaced by RFID technology. This ensures that very good quantitative and qualitative information is already available at the data source (vehicle). All subsequent customers receive the same high-quality information for further processing. Data maintenance can take place at a central point, errors and their causes can be identified more quickly. After its introduction, RFID technology will replace the FGI coupling coils, override contact switches and their active assemblies for the FGI control. Magnetic beacons are also being replaced by this system. The scope of the offer includes: 1. Project management, 2. Interface development & integration of on-board computers, 3. vehicle antennas, 4. RFID reader (evaluation unit), 5. handheld readers, 6. transponder (tag), 7. antenna cable, extension and small parts, 8. antenna holder, 9. Installation in light rail TW3000, 10. Installation in city railways TW2000 / 2500, 11. Installation in light rail TW6000, 12. Install the transponder in the track bed and measure it. For all delivery components and delivery processes, all requirements and standards required for light rail operation in local public transport must be complied with in their respective version at the time of delivery: For delivery components, all necessary certificates must be submitted as part of the offer and finally verified in the context of the project. In the annex "Standards" (will be sent to the bidders who are selected in the context of the competition with the request to submit a bid), all standards to be met from the perspective of ÜSTRA are listed, which are confirmed in the context of the offer and verified in the context of the project Need to become.
